My friends and I have been to this amazing restaurant in July, and I have been postponing leaving a review for so long. It is only after I have been praising the experience to several of my friends, colleagues and family that I realised I need to say these words to the people who have actually put in the effort to offer us such an incredible, personalized and unforgettable time! The dishes have been flawless, start to finish. We loved the presentation, the care for detail, and the taste matched everything. The 17 courses were customised to be vegetarian friendly for a couple of people in the party, but we were pleasently surprised that many of the dishes, especially the star ones in our opinion, were vegetarian by default. We loved the twist they put on traditional Romanian dishes, making them both recognisable and nostalgic, while feeling like we tried them for the very first time. We absolutely loved the polenta dish, with the cheese 'snow', as well as the egg course. Our waiter, Andrei, has been extremely accommodating and lovely to chat with. He was very knowledgeable and passionate about the restaurant and dishes. We owe a big part of our wonderful experience to him!! Can't wait to see how the menu will change throughout the seasons!

Best food experience you can have in Bucharest! I was wondering what’s the difference between this one and other very good restaurants in Bucharest but I felt it from the entrance. The food is incredible tasty and you can have a very nice wine paring! The atmosphere is very nice and the staff is very well prepared.Try it!

We usually tend to avoid tasting menus for two main reasons: the multiple courses can become overwhelming, and more often than not, the first dishes are the most memorable. This was also the case here – yet the opening courses were absolutely spectacular. The appetizers delighted with their freshness, the precision of the flavors, and those delicate textures that seemed to melt effortlessly on the palate. The fish-based dishes did not resonate with us as much, but they were nonetheless presented with the same elegance as the rest. The service was equally impeccable: discreet yet attentive, with well-considered recommendations and a perfectly measured rhythm of serving. All these elements elevated the evening into something more than just dinner – an orchestrated experience where refinement is never ostentatious, but rather subtle and seamlessly integrated. In short, NOUA is a destination for those who seek more than a meal – it is a place where every dish tells a story, and where flavors transform into lasting memories.

The best dinning experience in my life. From food, through atmosphere and taste, to service. You should definitely visit this great restaurant. Their traditional food and wines are "must try".

We had the most amazing experience at Noua in Bucharest - truly unforgettable! From start to finish, everything was exceptional. The service was some of the most attentive and thoughtful we’ve ever encountered. We enjoyed the 17-course tasting menu, which they adapted beautifully to be fully vegetarian-friendly - a detail we really appreciated. Each dish was a creative and delicious celebration of Romanian flavours, and we loved exploring the country’s culinary traditions in such a modern, imaginative way. We also opted for both the 7-glass wine pairing and the 7-glass juice pairing, and it was such a treat to try both - each enhanced the dishes in its own unique way. A special thank you to Andrei, our waiter, who was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate. His guidance and enthusiasm added so much to the experience. If you’re in Bucharest, Noua is an absolute must - a perfect blend of innovation, hospitality, and local flavour. We’d return in a heartbeat!

Excellent fine dining. The romanian wine menu was also very excellent. Probably one of the best restaurants in Bucharest.
